General

We are based in India and serve clients across the country. For hardware repair and onsite setup, we currently cover major cities including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai. For website development, CRM development, and remote IT support, we work with clients pan-India and also handle a few international projects remotely.

Services

Yes. All hardware repairs come with a 90-day service warranty on the labour, and any spare parts we install carry the manufacturer warranty directly. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will diagnose and fix it free of charge. Software installations are covered for 7 days for configuration-related issues.

Absolutely. You own 100% of the source code, the domain name, the hosting account, and all the content. We hand over credentials and a documentation file at the end of the project. We do not lock you into any monthly platform fee - you are free to host it anywhere or move to another developer in the future.

A focused CRM for a single business vertical typically takes 6 to 10 weeks from kickoff to go-live, depending on the number of modules and integrations. We work in two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each sprint so you see progress continuously and can give feedback early.

Yes. We support all major brands (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, Apple) and common software (Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Tally, common antivirus suites). You do not need to buy anything new to engage us - we will work with your existing setup and recommend upgrades only when genuinely required.

Pricing

A standard 5 to 8 page business website starts at Rs.14,999. The final price depends on the number of pages, custom design work, CMS integration, and additional features like payment gateway, multi-language, or a blog. We share a fixed quote after a short discovery call so there are no surprise charges later.

AskForPC is operated as a freelance IT service. We currently do not have GST registration, so GST invoices are not issued. We provide a standard service invoice with a receipt which is sufficient for most small business and individual client needs. If your finance team has specific requirements, please mention them upfront so we can plan accordingly.

We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS), and major debit / credit cards. For project-based work, we follow a milestone-based payment schedule (typically 40% advance, 30% mid-project, 30% on delivery). For AMC plans, billing is monthly or quarterly as per your preference.

Support

For AMC customers, we respond within 4 business hours during working days and aim to resolve issues within 24 hours. For one-time service requests, we typically respond within a few hours during business hours (9 AM to 7 PM IST, Monday to Saturday). Emergency onsite support is available for critical issues.

Every inquiry you submit is assigned a unique tracking ID. You can use the Track Query feature on our website to enter your tracking ID and see the current status - Pending, In Progress, Resolved, or Closed - along with the latest update notes from our team. The tracking ID is shared with you on email and SMS at the time of submission.
